מתוך הספר "דובידוב עושה כסף" מאת ערן בן-שחר: הקדמה

יום בהיר אחד החלטתי לכתוב ספר מקצועי על מהפכה עסקית המתרגשת ובאה עלינו. התיישבתי וערכתי סקירה היסטורית של מהפכות כלכליות והסממנים שלהן, ומתוך כך הצלחתי לזהות את הסממנים המוכיחים כי המין האנושי נמצא בעיצומה של מהפכה כלכלית חדשה. הספר גם נועד להדריך אנשים כיצד להתמודד עם המהפכה הזו ולהעניק להם כלים להתמודד איתה. תוך כדי כתיבת הספר ועריכתו קפצה לראשי דמותו של דּוֹבִידוֹב. דּוֹבִידוֹב הציץ במסך שלי, ניסה לקרוא והתלונן כי הוא לא מבין שום דבר מן הספר!

"אל תפריע לי, חוצפן!" קראתי לו והמשכתי בכתיבה. המשכתי והמשכתי, אבל ככל שעבר הזמן והתקדמתי במספרי העמודים, הופיע דּוֹבִידוֹב במשרד שלי יותר ויותר פעמים והתלונן. בכל פעם הוא הופיע בצורה אחרת – פעם אחת התיישב לי על מסך המחשב ואכל דבש. פעם אחרת קפץ ושיחק בכדור – בתוך החדר. זה שיגע אותי! בפעם השלישית הוא הגיע עם פאזל של בעלי חיים והחל להשלים אותו. ובפעם הרביעית הוא הגיע עם חבורה של חברים והם ניהלו שיחה קולנית ממש בתוך המשרד שלי!

ללא קשר לאופן שבו הגיע דּוֹבִידוֹב להתלונן – הוא לא הפסיק להפריע!

כאשר הגעתי לפרק הרביעי של הספר שלי, המצב כבר היה בלתי נסבל. לא הצלחתי להתקדם! ואז, עלה במוחי רעיון, שלאחר מכן הפך להחלטה שגמלתי בליבי : אם אינני יכול נגדם – מדוע לא אעבוד איתם? הרי בסופו של דבר – אני כותב את הספר למענם...

כך נולד הסיפור על "דּוֹבִידוֹב עושה כסף". זהו אמנם סיפור על דּוֹבִידוֹב וחבריו, כי הרי הייתי חייב למנוע את ההפרעות האלו, אולם בו בזמן ייעדתי אותו לכל אותם אנשי עסקים ופעילים בשיווק ובשיווק רשתי שמחפשים כלים חדשים שיסייעו להם להתמודד ולהצליח.

"Barely-bear Makes Money" by Eran Ben-Shahar - Prologue

One fine day, I decided to write a professional book about an eminent business revolution. I sat down and conducted a historical review of financial revolutions and their precursors, from which I managed to isolate the precursors proving that mankind is in the midst of undergoing a new financial revolution. The book is designed to help people face this revolution and provide them with the appropriate tools.
While writing and editing this book, Barely-Bear's character came into mind. Barely-bear™ glanced at my computer screen, trying to read, but then complained that he couldn't understand a thing I wrote!
"Don't interrupt me, insolent bear!" I said and went on with my writing. I went on, but the more I advanced through the pages, the more Barely-Bear™ appeared in my office, and the more he complained. He appeared in a different manner each time – once he sat down on my computer screen licking honey. Another time he jumped around playing ball – inside the room. That drove me crazy! The third time around, he showed up with an animal jigsaw puzzle and began to put it together. And on the fourth time, he arrived with a bunch of friends and they carried on a loud conversation right inside my office!
No matter how Barely-Bear™ showed up to complain – he never stopped interrupting me!
When I reached the fourth chapter in my book, the situation became unbearable. I couldn't make any progress! But just then, an idea came to me, which later turned into a decision: if I couldn't beat them – why not have them join? After all – I am writing this book for their sake…

This is how "Barely-Bear™ Makes Money" came to be. It is indeed a story about Barely-Bear™ and his friends, since I had to put a stop to all those interruptions, but at the same time, I intended it for all those business men and entrepreneurs in marketing and network marketing, who are looking for new tools to help them hack it and succeed.
